Hello, I’m Cris.

I’m Registered Nutritional Therapist who believes
in the healing power of food.

I have a lifelong positive experience with the nourishing effects of food. Wholesome meals have always been a mainstay in my life. When a cold is coming on, I head to the kitchen instead of the pharmacy. I make nourishing chicken stock soup, zesty ginger & turmeric shots loaded with citrus fruits, and warming herbal teas.

People often ask me if I love to cook. Like most everyone, I find that cooking three meals a day for a family exhausting and time-consuming. Let’s face it, it can feel like a chore. What I love is eating!... and eating the foods that nourish my body. Nourishing food positively affects everything from digestion and energy to skin, joints, sleep quality, immunity and stress resilience.

If your doctor says your labs are fine, but you are not feeling yourself, let me help you use simple diet and lifestyle adjustments to get you back on track.

I’m a busy mum and self-taught cook with lots of simple tools that I can share with you to support you on your journey to improve your health. I love stocking my freezer and re-inventing leftovers so you don’t have to cook everyday. I’ll share tricks that adapt a single meal for the whole family.

I have a special interest in longevity science with a focus on protecting healthspan. In life’s journey, dietary and lifestyle choices we make today have a profound impact on the quality of life in later years.

My Background, Qualifications and Accreditations

Early in my career I bounced between investment banking, consulting, and luxury retail after completing a BA in Economics and an MBA. Then, after a decade-long break to raise my young family and multiple nourishing meals later, I decided to retrain as a nutritional therapist, where I gained the scientific knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the therapeutic effects of food and nutrients to support long-term health.

I graduated from the prestigious UK based Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) with a First Class BSc (Honours) in Nutritional Therapy, certified by the University of Portsmouth.

Nutrition science is continuously evolving, and to stay abreast of the latest research, I complete regular training to ensure that my knowledge and clinical work are always based on the most up-to-date scientific research findings.

I am a registered nutritional therapist, member of BANT, the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine, and CNHC, the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, the UK regulator for Complementary and Natural Healthcare Services.
