Nutritional Therapy is a science-based application of nutrition and lifestyle medicine to promote optimal whole-body health. By combining principles of functional medicine to understand your unique biology, physiology, and genetics with nutrition and lifestyle science, nutritional therapy offers a personalised whole-body approach that is tailored to your individual needs.

Your health status today is a result of the cumulative effects of all the exposures throughout our lives, including past illnesses and infections, toxic exposures, stress, sleep, exercise, and dietary habits. During your nutritional therapy journey, I aim to build a roadmap of these exposures to understand the root cause of our symptom today and to create a bespoke plan for your journey to restore your health. Importantly, where ever you are on your health journey, the body has an amazing ability to health and restore when given the right inputs and opportunities. The body responds to proper nutrition and lifestyle modifications as any age.

Nutritional Therapy is also a wonderful tool to promote healthy aging and longevity. Rather than treating symptoms and diseases when they arise, nutritional therapy can be used as a valuable tool for disease prevention by optimizing biological function and preserving optimal cellular health.

  • Discovery Call

    To find out if nutritional therapy is right for you, book a free 20-minute discovery call.  During the call we will discuss your health goals or concerns and explore how I can support you to achieve them. 



  • Health Assessment

    Before our first appointment, I will request that you answer a comprehensive health questionnaire and fill in a 3-day diet and lifestyle diary. This provides insight into your health history, current symptoms and future health goals. I will use this information to prepare and maximise our time together at the initial consultation.

  • Initial Consultation

    We will go over the health questionnaire and fill in missing details. We will delve deeper into your symptoms and health goals. We will discuss science-based findings to help you understand potential drives of your symptoms and actions that will enable you to achieve your health goals. We will discuss your current diet and lifestyle habits, including sleep, stress and movement, so I can understand your preferences and constraints in order to make personalised recommendations to suit your needs.

  • Bespoke Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan

    Whether you want to address specific symptoms and health concerns or are simply looking to enhance long-term health, together we will formulate a personalised plan that uses science-backed tools to bridge the gap between your health challenges and health goals. Your bespoke plan will consider your history, preferences and daily routines.

    I may recommend supplements as appropriate to support your needs.

  • Follow-Up Sessions

    During these 30-minute sessions we will discuss how you are getting on with the recommendations. The plan is fully personalized to your needs and preferences allowing you to make adjustments as needed along the way. There will have time to refine or change your initial recommendations.



  • Testing

    I may recommend standard testing from your GP for basic screening or advanced functional testing where appropriate. Testing provides a deeper understanding of your individual biochemistry shedding light on nutrient deficiencies, digestive concerns, hormonal imbalance, food sensitivities, inflammation and genetic individuality all of which can be contributing to your symptoms. Testing provides important information that can be used to optimise your health plan.
